|Candidates should have minimum qualification of graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.Age Limit– The minimum age of the candidates is 21 Years and Maximum age of candidates is 35 Years.
Relaxation in upper age limit shall be provided to reserved category’s candidates.
The candidates of the reserved categories will get relaxation in the upper age. There will be an upper age relaxation of 5 years for the candidates of SC and ST category.
Applicants should be paid the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300 for unreserved / general and Rs. 150 for SC / ST / PWD candidates through the online or off line both mode.
Mode of Selection / Method of Selection
The candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of their performance in following stages as follows:-
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- Personality Test / Vive Voce
The Preliminary exam will be the first part of the examination process. The details of the pre-exam are as given in the following table:

Download Call Letter
Candidates will have to visit our website http://kpsc.kar.nic.in/ in for downloading call letters for Preliminary, Main as well as Personality Test Intimation for downloading call letter will also be sent through email/SMS. Once the candidate clicks the relevant link, he/she can access the window for call letter download. The candidate is required to use (i) Registration Number, (ii) Password/Date of Birth for downloading the call letter.
Personality Test / Oral Test / Viva Voce
After successfully completion of Main Examination, the candidates will be shortlisted for Personality Test / Oral Test / Vive Voce round on the basis of their marks secured in Main Examination. The date & venue of Personality Test / Vive Voce for verification of documents will be displayed shortly on the official website.
