Maharashtra Agriculture Services, Group – A & B (Preliminary) / (Main) Examination, 2020:
Maharashtra Public Service Commission notified Maharashtra Agriculture Services Examination 2020 (महाराष्ट्र कृषि सेवा परीक्षा) shall consist of
- Preliminary Test (carrying Maximum 200 Marks)
- Main Examination (carrying Maximum 600 Marks)
- Followed by Personal Interview / Personality Test (Maximum 75 Marks)
Age Limit (As On 01.08.2020):
General Candidates: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 33 Years.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limits for the Reserved Candidates.
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. (Agriculture Econ-System Science / Home Science / Agri-Business Management / Horticulture) / B.Tech. / Bachelor of Fishery Science awarded by any University recognized by the Central Government / State Government.
Knowledge of Marathi Language Essential.

|Prelim Test: 200 Marks||Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks / Minimum Percentile Marks. However, The Marks secured in the Preliminary Test shall not be added to the Merit List drawn up based on the Candidates’ Marks secured both in the Main Examination and Personal Interview together.|
|Main Exam: 600 Marks||General: 50% in Aggregate|
|Reserved: 45% in Aggregate|
|Personal Interview: 75 Marks||Minimum Qualifying 40% Marks. Final Selection to the Posts opted by the Candidates would be strictly in order of Merit and Final Select List drawn up based on the Candidates’ Maximum Marks secured both in the Main Examination followed by Personal Interview.|
