As approved by Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar (Chairman District Health Society), applications are invited for hiring Interested candidates can apply by sending their applications on the pre-scribed format given below on Annexure “B”. The duly filled-in application form along with testimonials, a self-addressed envelope duly stamped worth Rs. 5/- and one recent passport-size photograph should reach in the office of the Convener/Vice Chairman (Chief Medical Officer) District Health Society Kishtwar by or before 16/01/2023.
Remuneration: Remuneration as per norms of NHM.
Note:
Selected candidates will have to stay at
their place of posting.
All such appointments are for a particular institution and are non-transferable. The application can be rejected by the selection committee if found not falling in
the required criteria.

Contractual Terms & Conditions:
1 Contract will be offered by the District Health Society, Kishtwar.
2 Remuneration as per norms of NHM.
3 Initial contract will be for a period up to 31st of March 2023 subject to continuation of the scheme.
4 A contractual appointee shall not be entitled to any preferential claim for regular appointment under normal process of selection.
5 Selected candidates will have to stay at their place of posting.
6 If a contractual appointee at any time willfully neglects or refuses to perform duty, his/her services shall immediately be terminated without serving any notice and he or she shall not be entitled to any salary for such period.
